Information controls offers Payroll Interfaces

 

Information Controls uses software which is designed to automate the integration of employee data and systems - easily and effectively. The payroll interfaces integrates Attendance Enterprise 2.0 and Attendance on Demand with more than 250 payroll, HR, time and attendance, benefit administration systems, and other employee data applications. This integration engine combines years of application knowledge and experience with industry-standard Windows development tools and techniques for the complex integration requirements in client/server hosted and Windows environments.

 

File layouts without the Payroll Interface

This appendix documents the format of import /export   files . Supported file formats are described for each import type.   Formats are subject to change without prior notification.  Workgroup levels 1to 3 are standard workgroup levels beyond four will require setup call 815-484-2100x1 for support.   Setup and configuration may require a quote for service from the number above.  

 

The file formats are presented in tables. Table rows describe each field in the import file. The tables contain a column labeled Format.  Information Controls recommends backing up the database prior to any import.  The following notation is used to describe data formats:
