If an employee's time card has been locked and you need to make adjustments to their time, follow the steps below to unlock the time card.

  1. Use the Pay Periods drop-down menu to select the pay period that you need to unlock.
    1. Normally, only the Previous Period should be locked.

  2. On the first day of the pay period, click  to show the adjustments for that day.

  3. Locate the adjustment that says "...AUTHORIZED PERIOD BEGINNING ... AND SECURED".

  4. Click  to remove the adjustment and unlock the pay period.
    1. You can also click  to cancel the adjustment while leaving a record of the original time card lock.

  5. When you are done making the adjustments, click  to lock the pay period.
